Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Bridgeview, IL that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!

We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Advantage Locksmith Store. He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy. Can't recommend Dave highly enough for all your lock needs. Fast, friendly, and professional. I chose Advantage Locksmith Store because of their great reviews. Now I understand that these raves are well-deserved! When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. From buzzing our door to swiping the credit card on his Square reader, he was here less than 30 minutes. Working with Advantage Locksmith Store was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Advantage Locksmith Store and would definitely call them again.

Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, ""We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time."" Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Advantage Locksmith Store with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Bridgeview, IL !

He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am. Mike was available to come to Bridgeview, IL within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website.
