Worth a share...NEVER BUY FROM BENCHMARK JEWELERS IN GRAPEVINE MILLS MALL!!! So I visited this store looking a gift for my nephew. I was treated so disrespectful and rude buy a Jeweler who demanded that I give him a price range because He knows that I didn't have amy money! This Jerk refused to except the answer that I'm not concerned about the dollar amount, just show me the style of jewelry that I requested. He assumed that I'll need a payment plan. He even had the nerve to tell me "just tell me how much you can afford and don't waist my time!" He then yelled "Oh Jesus, Jesus she just can't give me a dollar amount, she can't pay anyway!" The Other Jewelers just stood looking and saying nothing, even after I yelled for someone else's assistance because He was rude and disrespectful! So I went off and let him know that I'm a paying Customer who can buy anything in their little store; check the diamonds on my fingers and my arm before you judge a customer wearing better diamonds than your showing me! So I went a few steps further to TREASURES JEWELRY and bought more than I would have spent; $2400 to be exact. Never judge a customer, you don't know what a person can afford.
