I was being paranoid perhaps, but when the house next to mine got burgled, I simply needed validation from an expert to know that my house won’t be the next target. After asking around, a colleague shared the link to https://www.ProspectPark.Lock-Locksmith-Services.com - a firm that provided free security consultations. I wasn’t going to say no to anything free now, was I? I hired them, and a team from Lock & Locksmith Services arrived quickly. Once they inspected every nook and corner of my property, they gave me a complete insight of where the security of my property stood. The door needed repairs and the lock on the front door was apparently too outdated. I was impressed by how thorough they were with their job and asked them to go ahead with the repairs/installation. The consultation cost me nothing, while the security upgrade work came at a nominal price. I’ve got no reason to complain at all. They’re simply flawless and beyond doubt, the best in Prospect Park, PA 19076. I’ll definitely hire them again! FIVE STARS!!!

How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. Tech explained the flaws of our previous lock - but also didn't make me feel like an idiot for my own [failed] installation job. 4th Star: Quick service. I hadn't even taken two sips of my coffee, and the new lock was installed. 5th Star: Cheap! By far the cheapest quote I got. I would not hesitate a second to recommend Lock & Locksmith Services to anyone - Call them and enjoy from a very good Locksmith Service 610-241-1098.

Lock & Locksmith Services was great. Tech was very friendly and courteous, while being professional and FAST! On the day of my appointment Shon had gotten "stuck" on an earlier job which would make him late for our appointment. Shon was was very mindful and reached out to me about an hour prior to our appointment to let me know he was running late and we then rescheduled for later that evening. I truly appreciated this as it allowed me to do other things than just sit around and wait all day for him. When Shon did arrive later that evening he again apologized for the delay and got straight to work. He drilled a new hole in our door and installed a new deadbolt for me in what I would consider a blink of an eye. He was in and out in just about 25 minutes. He even asked for a dust pan and broom to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Lock & Locksmith Services and Shon to anyone needing locksmith services.

I've used Lock & Locksmith Services twice now. Once to add a deadbolt to my front door and then yesterday to add a lock in a closet door. Both times he quoted me a price on the phone and stuck to it on site. No extra charges or attempts to add things. Both times there were issues with the instal (very old building) but he stuck to his quote and was quick, tidy and friendly. It seems like the city is filled with swindlers in the locksmith dept. Lock & Locksmith Services is for sure the exception. It's not cheap but i prefer to have an honest price up front than a lowball estimate that ends up much more because it was just a ploy to show up and add charges. You feel good about spending money with Lock & Locksmith Services , they do a great job fast and efficiently.

Service does not get much better then this. Fair pricing, very quick and thorough response to inquiries. Virtually no wait time for service provider to come out, job was not rushed. Leave it to me to be a drunkass and lose my keys one month into moving into my new apartment after having lived in doorman buildings with extra keys for the past 8 years... Finally decided I needed to get a new lock installed, and called this place on a late Saturday afternoon. When I told him I'd like him to come "as soon as possible" he said he would be able to come the next morning since I'm on the UWS...fine with me. About an hour and a half later he called again saying that he had a recommendation for a place closer to me that could come right away if I would like, since it sounded "urgent". Now THAT is amazing customer service. Todd installed my lock within 20 minutes and I will never use anyone else. Super nice, legit (i.e. non shady), and professional. Even takes credit cards. if you ever need a locksmith call to: Lock & Locksmith Services At: 610-241-1098.
