Hired City Locksmith Shop this weekend after a colleague highly recommended it. My verdict? 10/10. Good response, super fast arrival time, friendly and talented technicians, a staggering assortment of locks and affordable pricing. Plus, their service is completely mobile which means you don’t have to visit the workshop yourself. Besides the convenience, they also give you the complete freedom to choose your own time of appointment. I fixed mine at 11 pm. I’ve hired several firms in St Petersburg, FL in the past and it’s not hard for me to adjudge the best of the lot. Take my word for it and hire City Locksmith Shop. I’m sure you’ll not find a reason to complain.

Solid guys. I'm a firm believer in you get what you pay for and we wanted a high security lock installed. They got it done right away, even though they didn't have the part, they went to get it, came back the SAME DAY and finished the installation. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the City Locksmith Shop folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and City Locksmith Shop !!!

City Locksmith Shop did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend City Locksmith Shop !

Fantastic Locksmith service. We needed to rekey our locks after moving. Apparently hardware stores will do this - if you bring the locks in! It was never made clear to me how that's supposed to work - one guy actually said, "Uh, maybe someone stands by the door at home." So anyway, I asked one store if they could refer a company who does onsite service. They did, and I got a quote for about $350. City Locksmith Shop - who I found on here - was able to do it for half that. They were helpful, patient, and clear. Paul was the guy I arranged things with, and James actually did the work that day. It was simple, easy, quick, and affordable.

Without at doubt 5 STARS. I wish I could give them 100! I own a hair salon in St Petersburg, FL and needed our lock for our front door changed. I e-mailed them in the morning, they gave me quick reply. Gorge asked for pictures and sent them as requested. He came at 4pm as said, and changed our lock in 10 minutes. City Locksmith Shop is the most honest & decent Locksmith Company I have dealt with. Them work ethics are far and above what I expected. Tech was punctual and his prices were way lower than what I anticipated. On top of it all, he is a intelligent & a pleasure to talk to.
