I had mistakenly ordered the wrong key for my car online believing that I had received a great deal. Jack politely explained what went wrong and why it wouldn’t work. He then told me he’ll get what I wanted and the price quoted was the best I could find anywhere. He got the key made quickly and it worked amazingly. Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Village Locksmith Store , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! Best customer service experience I have had in Oak Forest, IL. There was an error in communication for my appointment but Dave made sure that I still received my lock installation as soon as possible. He also noticed a poor installation of the lock with missing screws by my landlord and made sure to correct the issue and replace the screws.
