I knew I was being conned when the locksmith I hired for repairs kept trying to convince me into changing my perfectly good locks with new ones. For second opinion, I looked online, found this site https://www.Matteson.Universal-Locksmith-Store.com and decided to hire them. Turns out, I never needed a lock replacement and my locks would last a few more years, according to Jack from Universal Locksmith Store. Thank you for giving out honest advice and fixing the minor issues with the locks! From now on, I’ll always turn to these guys for any locksmith work. If you live in Matteson and around, you should too! They’re simply amazing and offer reasonable prices. Can’t recommend them enough…

The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! After some kids in the block decided that it was amusing to use my door for target practice, I had no choice but to replace the now battered door with a new one. I also needed a lock for my gate so that those pesky kids didn’t get anywhere near my property again. I expected the entire setup to cost a thousand bucks at the least, but thanks to Gary, I got the job done at a very reasonable price. Gary was so helpful! I don’t think there could be anyone else so adept at doling out advice! I’d just moved into a new apartment and I had absolutely no clue how good the premise’s security was! I picked up Universal Locksmith Store’s number on http://www.Seattle.Neighborhood-Locksmith-Store.com and gave them a call after my new neighbor recommended them! Gary conducted a thorough assessment and suggested that I get my locks rekeyed. He also added that I needed new locks for my windows. Apart from that, he said everything else looked fine! He could have easily manipulated me into buying expensive locks, or carrying out unnecessary repairs, but he didn’t! Five stars for their integrity and affordability!
