I have been a client since June 2019. In that time Lifeline was contracted to provide 31 days of home care for 4 hours each day for 2019. They have been unable to fulfill this obligation.
Because of staffing issues they were only able to fill 18 service days, this included services from 6 different providers (too high of a turn over) and there were some months when they didn't come at all. And there was NEVER any notice given that they wouldn't be there, it was only one no call no show after another.
At the beginning of November, I called the regional director because I was concerned about whether they were going to be able to fill the 31 day obligation by the end of the year. The director got very hateful and disrespectful toward me and this prompted me to send a complaint to the corporate office office. In response, there was a teleconference with the owner and his executive staff in which he apologized for the regional director's behavior and assured me that not only would he make sure that I got my 31 days of service for 2019 but that I would continue to be a client for 2020.
It has now been three months and I have yet to have a single day of assistance from this provider. Communication from this provider is horrible.
I definitely do NOT recommend this provider. Turn-over is too high, in consistent service, and worst of all is poor communication.
