After I dealt with the legal hassle of evicting the tenants from the property, I knew something much worse lay await. Finding a reliable locksmith in Bradenton, FL was quite a challenge, and though I’d made an appointment a week earlier with a firm I found online, they cancelled on me. Thankfully, I found Elite Locksmith Services and these guys made it all so easy on me. Arrived within twenty minutes of calling and rekeyed all the locks within an hour. The bill was surprisingly low and nearly half of what the other locksmith had quoted. Thanks a lot for all the help and the great prices!

Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets. To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome! You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Elite Locksmith Services is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Bradenton, FL company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!

Can not say enough nice things about Dave and his company. Called today to have a keyed doorknob installed on my bedroom door and an hour later Scott was at my Stuy Town apartment and 15 minutes later my new lock was installed.
So professional and courteous, Scott really made me feel comfortable when he showed up and he was FAST!
