It took two weeks for the cheap lock I purchased at the hardware store to show it’s real worth – it had started jamming occasionally. Before it ended up locking me out, I called Locksmith Solution Services. I’ve heard a lot about the quality products and services they offer in Plainfield, NJ, read the information provided in their site https://www.Plainfield.Locksmith-Solution-Services.com and figured they’d be my best bet. Sure enough, I had a brand new Schlage lock installed at a reasonable price, a genuine one as opposed to the counterfeit I had bought at the hardware store. Thanks! Will hire them again!

Locksmith Solution Services has a 5-star rating for a reason. I called them this morning to rekey two doors in my house, and they were able to send a locksmith within the hour. The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently.
Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. Jerry of Locksmith Solution Services came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, Locksmith Solution Services ! You're on our list of go-to people.

The lock on the door at our nursery school broke this afternoon. When I called, Danny was in the neighborhood by great chance and came right over. He had the parts he needed in his truck, and within the hour had fixed our busted door, explaining the repairs and what we need to do to maintain them. The best part: when I gave him his tip, he said that he'd put it towards money Locksmith Solution Services were collecting for puppies through an animal rescue service. Puppies, y'all. We had Locksmith Solution Services come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked.
Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. We ended up just getting the existing locks changed, and he was able to make us copies of the new keys.
Highly recommended. I'd call them again for service. Thanks!
