I usually don't write reviews but I guess I'l start now. I happened to lock myself out of my condo without my keys in my bag. I literally have nothing bad to say about these Capitol Locksmith Service. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in Croydon, PA and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Capitol Locksmith Service website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.
