I'm not ever a reviewer but felt compelled to say how good I thought this service was. Super Locksmith Services is definitely the Company to get the job done and as they promise, no hidden costs. Quick, efficient and very pleasant.... It almost would make being locked out a pleasure...

We needed a deadbolt installed from scratch on a hollow metal door and metal frame and after looking around with no luck to have someone install the thing, Dave was all "no problem" and quoted a very fair price, So we go with Super Locksmith Services. He banged it out in no time at all and was such a sweet guy (and a cutie) that I was a little bummed he was done so quickly. We have a dog who is kind of a pest (read: a really mouthy little pest...lol) and most strangers who come by to do work in our house find him at least mildly annoying (with good reason.) But not Dave. He was absolutely darling to him and took out his phone to show me a pic of his own super adorable furry bundle of joy. Can't recommend Dave highly enough for all your lock needs. I needed a spare key urgently to hand out to my neighbor before leaving town. It was one of those things I’d left out till the last moment. It was half past ten and none of the nearby hardware stores were open. I looked around for a 24 hour locksmith in New Canaan and found Super Locksmith Services. Their rep assured me of receiving assistance within 15 minutes. The technician got there in 20 minutes, and managed to make the key in no time. He even made another key free of cost and apologized for the five minute delay. I’m completely blown over by their service! Thanks for helping me out in the nick of time! I owe you! Ten on ten.. Roy is the man! He helped me out of a tight bind - needing to change my locks and do it later than normal business hours, and all with a friendly, professional and effecient manner. I think the guy I had was Dave from Super Locksmith Services he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Definitely will use again!!!

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Super Locksmith Services first, in future endeavors!

I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Super Locksmith Services I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that... Super Locksmith Services is the Locksmith Company to call !!

Excellent team work from Super Locksmith Services. Gary and Eric together managed to rekey the locks in the entire building within two hours! After the master key went missing, the security of the entire property was in jeopardy. Despite the late hour, these guys didn’t hesitate to rush to my aid.
