When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Lock & Key Shop with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Lock & Key Shop. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. It was bound to happen. Four days into my brand new apartment and I get locked out when I'm letting the IKEA delivery guy into my building.
