Jerry of Lock & Key Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Ok, Lock & Key Store is awesome! First, Gary arrived when he said he would. Second, he went out of his way to know exactly what I wanted. The last time I hired a locksmith, he didn’t even ask me what lock I needed, and installed an expensive one that was pretty useless, as was evident from its deteriorating performance.
