We had Community Locksmith Store come out to change the locks on our house. Appointment setup was a breeze. Called, and within a few minutes had our appointment booked. Our locksmith, John was professional and helpful. He not only arrived early, but gave us information on our current locks and made recommendations to us regarding security and access. First, I live in the Issaquah, WA and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Community Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Community Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

John was soooo helpful! He just asked me a few questions over the phone, had me sent him some pics and the next thing I know I'm installing my own locks! Saved me the cost of coming out to do it. Jerry of Community Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, Community Locksmith Store ! You're on our list of go-to people.

I needed my locks replaced (turns out my neighbor had the same very same locks--imagine that!) but I have a crazy busy schedule and Techi was willing to come over late in the evening to accommodate my needs. This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual. He humored us with the type of lock we needed and re-keyed them to try and save us additional money. I always like working with a small business who is looking out for its customers.
