It took Carl from Master Lock & Key Store just about ten minutes to get to my location. Awesome, right? Second, you shouldn’t overcharge them! We’re not stupid! We know that the service you’ve just provided isn’t worth even half of what you’ve just charged, yet, the attempt to rip us off always prevails. Tom is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation (and sometimes without even prompting) to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

The pricing is great! The BEST, in fact! I’m not exatly what you’d call a review person. In fact this could easily be the first ever detailed review that I’m posting online. A few weeks ago, I ended up misplacing my key bunch. No matter how much I racked my brains, I couldn’t figure out where it’d gone. I strongly suspected that someone had stolen it and being as paranoid asI was, I dropped by a hardware shop for advice. The guy over there told me I needed to get all my locks replaced and was trying to convince me into buying a whole bunch of locks. Very pleased with my experience with Master Lock & Key Store. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Master Lock & Key Store didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like?
