Among the 3 or 4 other firms I’d called, Union Locksmith Store offered me the best price for it. David was flexible and willing to work around my schedule. He arrived on time and installed the locks within 30 minutes. I was amazed at how fast, accurate and neat he was with the work. Services didn’t come off as expensive as some of the other locksmiths in Closter, NJ. In fact, I only paid up half of what others would have charged me for a lock and handleset installation. Smith was extremely polite, and clearly explained the various options before I made my pick. I won’t have to think twice before calling Smith and the other locksmiths from Union Locksmith Store. They’re simply amazing and are no doubt the best in the entire Closter, NJ area.

Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? He also took time to explain the issue with the lock in the door and emailed me a picture for evidence to show to the landlord. Couldn't have asked for a better locksmith experience. I doubt any other locksmith would have done that! Union Locksmith Store is one firm that’s definitely not in it for the money and genuinely cares for its customers! I needed a transponder key made. The one that I had I’d lost it somewhere and had been using public transportation to commute to work ever since. It was becoming quite a hassle and I needed someone to get a key made at a cheap price. After being rudely cut off by several locksmiths who refused to quote a price beforehand, the rep from Union Locksmith Store listened in on my requirements carefully. After answering a few questions pertaining to the make and model of my car, rep quoted the price over the phone and asked if I was okay with it. How could I not be? It was only gonna cost me seventy bucks when a dealership could easily have charged me thrice as much. I called them in and I was handed out the keys within thirty minutes.
