I had enquired with other locksmiths in Hempstead for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Expert Locksmith Shop, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with my experience with Expert Locksmith Shop. The phone was answered promptly and courteously. They were able to be at my house within a few hours, solved the problem, educated me about how to work and maintain my slightly unusual locks, and there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. Locksmiths are perfectly positioned to gouge their often desperate and in-a-bind customers, but Expert Locksmith Shop didn't take the slightest advantage of that fact. What's not to like? I got locked out of my apartment in the middle of the night with no phone or anything on me. I had a local business call a Expert Locksmith Shop for me - unfortunately, that locksmith was online for someone else to replace the cylinder, and that's how I found Expert Locksmith Shop ! I'm so glad I did. I called them the next day and they had someone out to my place within an hour. The guy who came was friendly and did the job extremely quickly and efficiently - for only $89! Great experience from start to finish. Quick communication over email, arrived on time, great price. Service was completed in under 10 minutes. Several payment options were available which was great because who carries cash anymore!? I recently contacted Expert Locksmith Shop about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. Right off the bat I was impressed by how professional and considerate he was of my time. Once at our office, Max did an assessment on our locks and gave us very solid advice on the best replacement options. We set a follow up appointment for the next morning and he arrived promptly at 11am to start the job. Max replaced 3 locks in under an hour and was kind enough to go over the keys and how each of the locks were installed for the best and safest usage. Friendly. Fast. Efficient. Cheap. Be nice to them when you call and don't be a douche. Out of all the people in the service industry these guys really don't deserve your shizz and they actually really want to (and like to) help you. In fact, I really had to fight the urge not to ask my guy to keep in touch and go out for beer later. He was just that cool.
