I first called Father Son Locksmith Shop when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment last weekend. The service was swift, and the prices affordable. The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Happy with their service, I called them up again on 703-570-4218 of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. My roommate and I accidentally locked ourselves out of our apartment when we were in a rush - after calling many different locksmiths, we decided to go with Mike because his pricing was much more reasonable. He came quickly (even though we are in brooklyn) and unlocked our door in less than five minutes! Overall, exceptional service, very fair pricing, and a good experience despite our silly situation.

I wanted a more secure lock on my door, and Dave provided me with a range of options with a full explanation of each one -- so much better than the other locksmiths I called, who basically gave me one-word, non-negotiable answers. He was prompt, extremely friendly, and had a fair price. I was really blown away by how positive the whole experience was; I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends.

Today I checked my previous reviews and realized that I've never put a review for this wonderful business. Erick had helped my wife and I install a new door lock in our home about 2 years ago in Fairfax, VA. He is super professional and made the process very painless. Normally this would be a 4 star review but after the new lock install our door malfunctioned causing the lock be stuck closed. Without hesitation Erick drives over, in the middle of the night, from the city to help fix our issue even though it wasn't his fault. This business definitely deserves the 5 stars.

Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call Father Son Locksmith Shop at 703-570-4218 !!!

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Father Son Locksmith Shop to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app!
