Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Columbus, OH that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!

Bob from Community Locksmith Store was the only locksmith company that got back to me on a weekend and was very courteous and professional and quick turn around time to make keys for a 4plex. He was very reasonably priced and the only one working on the weekend. Great service, great price, and professional the trifecta! He accepts credit card payments and emails receipt on the spot.. Community Locksmith Store did a fantastic job in re-keying my locks. There was a mix-up in dispatch regarding my address so it took two hours longer to get there than they were supposed to. But the friendliness and quality of work was great and the price was a fraction of the price of Baldinos. I Highly recommend Community Locksmith Store !

I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Community Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). When I called Friday to schedule an appointment for my lock to be switched out (not an emergency), the guy on the phone was absurdly nice--like, apologized-for-putting-me-on-hold nice. He offered me an appointment slot for 9:30-10 on Saturday, and then apologized that he couldn't be more specific than that! Have these guys heard of Time Warner and their four-hour windows? Scott arrived right on time at 9:45 and got to work. He explained how the lock worked, told us everything we needed to know about ordering new keys, and even tightened the doorknob (free of charge) since it was loose. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it!
