I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Gallery Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Stamford, CT right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Gallery Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

Gallery Locksmith Store was great - they arrived in 15 mins and had my door open in another 10. I was quoted $99 on the phone and charged $99, which was perfectly fine by me. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Gallery Locksmith Store to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). He had a great rapport, chatting me up about my dogs which was nice. He was friendly and had great customer service! When the new lock on one of the security gates interfered with the lock on the door, he made sure that all the locks were functioning properly and made sure all the holes were aligned so everything fit perfectly.
