I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Advantage Locksmith Store.

First, I live in the North Miami Beach, FL and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Advantage Locksmith Store and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Advantage Locksmith Store to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

I literally have nothing bad to say about these Advantage Locksmith Store. My roommate and I just moved into a new place in North Miami Beach, FL and wanted to get an extra dead bolt added to our door. I filled out the form on the Advantage Locksmith Store website and within 20 minutes Shon had emailed me and called me. He was really chill about working around my crazy schedule and was able to come to our place on Saturday, after I had been in touch on Thursday. When he came to our apartment he gave us the whole rundown of all of our options and was very honest and straight forward with us about what he thought we needed--he wasn't trying to sell us something we didn't need. He was at our place for about 45 minutes but most of that was because my roommate and I kept talking to him. Not only is he amazing at his job, he's super personable and charming--not exactly something you expect from your typical locksmith. To sum up, USE THESE GUYS! So glad we did.

Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Advantage Locksmith Store to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! Just in case this happens again, I've saved his number - I WILL be referring him out to others as well! And may I add - thank goodness for the iPhone and Online app! Thanks Guys!

It’s been ages since I’d got a maintenance check done on my locks, doors and other hardware and figured it was time! Advantage Locksmith Store had been in the business for years now and claimed to offer affordable, round-the-clock services. Didn’t know if they’d really live up to the tall claims they’d made, but decided to give them a shot anyway. I scheduled an appointment for 8pm. Eric was ten minutes early and stood waiting on the porch, ready with his toolkit. I’d never met a locksmith who looked that enthusiastic at the prospect of removing a few rusty old locks. He went about his job like a total pro, explained what he was about to do clearly, gave me a couple of options and gave me the precise amount he’ll charge for it! This came as a complete surprise as I didn’t expect him to be this upfront! Also, the price he quoted seemed less for the magnitude of the job he was about to carry out. I was sure he’ll throw in a few extra charges on the final bill, but to my amazement I was proved wrong… Eric is incredible and kudos to the entire team at Advantage Locksmith Store for providing outstanding services in North Miami Beach, FL.
