Youth Fitness Training Been coaching baseball for 20 years from 6 year olds all the way to High School. I love this game and more importantly I love teaching the game I grew up playing. This game develops strong minded young men and teaches them how to deal with adversities like no other sport. I believe before you can become a baseball player you first have to become an athlete. So it is why I train athletes first and ball players second. I am a certified youth fitness trainer and enjoy watching young athletes reach their fitness goals.
