The property was changing hands the following morning, and I’d completely forgotten about rekeying the locks. Hired Safe & Key Store after being completely impressed by what I saw on their website https://www.Riverdale.Safe-Key-Store.com. They claimed to provide 24-hour service and I could only hope that they lived up to all their claims. I was not disappointed. Despite the short notice, they arrived onsite within 20 minutes with all the parts and tools needed. 2 hours later, they got the job done and the new keys made. Completely bowled away by their service!!! Do I recommend them? Yes, if you live in Riverdale , give them a try – you won’t regret it!!!

Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Our previous experience with locksmiths was not so good, but Edwardo gives this business a good image. We will definitely call Safe & Key Store again for your locksmith needs. They will get it done for you.

I found Safe & Key Store through Online and it was easily the best experience I've had with a locksmith so far in my life. Fellow named Scott showed up right on time and did a fantastic job leaving me with a better lock that was more well installed than I'd had before. It was a more labor intensive job than it could have been and he did the work admirably and I was charged the same rate discussed from the start. I cant envision having a better experience with a locksmith really, and I would recommend Safe & Key Store to anyone I know who would need a locksmith.

Amazing service. Came out to Riverdale , IL in less than 20 minutes. Responsive and very nice. Was able to open lock in under 5 minutes without breaking it. Professional, straightforward and not like all the other sketchy locksmiths!! Safe & Key Store is great.

Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online. Safe & Key Store came out at the top of my list, so I called and spoke to possibly the most pleasant professional ever. Our locksmith was out at the time, but he set an appointment for a few hours later and even showed up a few minutes early. He was visibly competent and worked fast, all while keeping up a friendly conversation and explaining what he was doing. Even though it turned out we needed to replace the whole lock, the total price was still well within reach. He even accepted our credit card via an app on his iPhone. Highly recommended.

I went searching for a new locksmith for the building I manage in Greenpoint after the famous local shop pissed me off one too many times. Henrry was friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. Okay, I joined Online tonight just to leave this review. The dispatcher and David the locksmith were both awesome, really helpful and nice. It took about 20 minutes for him to arrive, and he explained each method he tried, and some information about my type of lock. The last time I had to have a lock opened, the guy took one look at my door (same one) and told me it had to be drilled, then charged $200 to do it. I was left with the replacement bill from my landlord, too. I told the Safe & Key Store folks about this, and they confirmed it's a common scam. They'll offer a low price, then drill and charge a ton. Thanks to David and Safe & Key Store Great Locksmith Service !!!

I can't recommend these Safe & Key Store ! I locked myself and my dog out on a cold day. was prompt, friendly, and really went above and beyond. He even changed a light bulb that I couldn't reach while he was here. I hope I don't need a locksmith again, but if I do, I wouldn't call anyone else. Thank you Safe & Key Store !!

Safe & Key Store in Riverdale , IL Fast, friendly and got the job done. I needed a new deadbolt in my door and found this place online. They had great availability for the install and were right on time literally arrived at 2 PM on the dot. Scott did the installation and went over my options without trying to up sell me. He explained which deadbolt was the best for my kind of door, existing lock and type of building and then quickly went to work. An hour later it was done and now I have a shiny new lock, two new keys and a better sense of security.

Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Safe & Key Store , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! Very good job keep up guys
