I hired a local firm to help with changing the locks of the property before the tenants moved in. Even after frequent reminders and two visits to the shop, I was left waiting endlessly for a technician to be sent. Finally, at around 10 pm I’d accepted the fact that no one was going to come and started looking for other options. Joe and his team got down to work immediately and managed to rekey all the locks within an hour. Despite the short notice and the overnight work, I wasn’t charged anything more than the base rate.
I’m completely happy with Usa Locksmith Service and I’ll definitely recommend it to my family and friends in Kansas City , MO… hire them, you won’t be disappointed. These guys are the BEST!!

Evictions aren’t exactly a joyride. Besides the fact that you’re losing out on rent and find a new tenant, there are also the costs incurred for locksmith services. Thankfully, Usa Locksmith Service from Kansas City , MO made the process hassle-free and light on my pockets. They changed a couple of locks and rekeyed the rest within a few hours. Nobody's perfect, but the key is to acknowledge mistakes and do something to make it right. There was a mix-up in the day of my appointment for a new lock, so Danny came that evening instead of the morning and gave me 50% off. He also told me the lock mechanism itself was perfectly solid and that rather than an extra lock, I only needed a new cylinder for security. That goes to show how honest he is because it meant it was cheaper for me and less money in his pockets.
To add to all that, Danny is a super nice guy and was even great with my barky dog. In fact, when I asked if he accepted tips, he told me he donates them to Animal Haven. Awesome!
You've really got to be good to mix-up the appointment and yet still get 5 stars. Usa Locksmith Service is that good! Completely worth it, and I'm guessing that the mix-up was an exception to the rule. Now I've got a fancy pick-resistant lock, more sense of security, and one of the most pleasant experiences with a Kansas City , MO company ever. I can imagine in a lockout situation they would also add a sense of relief to a highly stressful situation. Highly, highly recommended!
