RRS Design + Build, LLC is an award winning firm that specializes in high end remodels and custom home builds in the Austin metro area. RRS Design + Build, LLC is an award winning firm that specializes in high end remodels and custom home builds in the Austin metro area. We work closely with our clients, guiding them through the entire design build process to arrive at the desired result. You will always have a direct line of contact to your General Contractor from day one and many of our projects utilize 3D computer renderings to give you a better feel for the final product before construction starts. Our online client portal will allow you to follow all aspects of your job including, but not limited to schedules, selection decision deadlines, photos, payments and contracts, all from your computer or mobile device. We are built on family values and are invested in continuous improvement based on industry trends and feedback from our valued clients, vendors and trade contractors. We attend the annual Design and Construction Week, which is the culmination of the International Builders Show and the Kitchen and Bath Industry Show to ensure we provide you with top notch products and construction methods as the industry evolves. Choosing a quality contractor is a very personal choice. We strive to be a provider of choice for Austin's discerning homeowners. We'd love the opportunity to meet with you to discuss your project and see if we are the right fit. Please note that Texas does not currently license General Contractors, something we hope will change in the future. Our GC, Randy Stringer, previously worked on high end remodels in the San Francisco bay area of California and holds a contractor's license there (C.L.S.B # 888752).
