At Holistic Massage Therapy, achieving a naturally healthier you is my main focus. Each session is completely customized for your specific needs! With 8 years massage therapy experience, I can offer the best in relaxation & pain relief/recovery through massage. I offer custom massage sessions, each tailored to your specific needs. I offer all traditional styles of massage including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, & prenatal. I also offer more customized treatments with sports massage, shiatsu & Thai. Lastly I am certified in massage cupping, which has GREAT results for chronic areas of stress & muscle pain/stiffness.
