I was saved the hassle of going all the way to the hardware store for keys. I came across this site https://www.Stratford.Village-Locksmith-Store.com and figured that doorstep service is what I needed right now – and I was willing to pay more for it. Joe from Village Locksmith Store arrived quickly and got the keys made. I could definitely see a marked difference in the workmanship. And the best was saved for last – the bill! Customer service at its best! I needed spare keys. I found this place online https://www.Stratford.Village-Locksmith-Store.com that seemed to have great reviews and a positive track record. I called Village Locksmith Store and asked them if I could come over to their shop to get keys made, however, the dispatcher was gracious enough to insist on providing onsite help. A technician stopped by my place within ten minutes and made keys out of the mobile workshop. Within minutes I had the finished key and it worked seamlessly in my locks. I expected the final bill to carry an extra charge for the onsite service they provided, but it didn’t. These Locksmith Company are awesome. I grabbed the wrong set of keys on my way out the house on a Sunday and didn't realize it until I closed my door (locked from the inside). I was able to open my security door by sticking in hand through the mail slot, but the 2nd door was still locked. I called a few smiths who couldn't get out to me until later in the day. I then called Village Locksmith Store who could reach me in less than 30 minutes and were priced competitively. Henrry got me in my house in less than 10 minutes (after checking proper ID and the such) and even repaired my damaged mail slot. The customer service was great from the initial call to payment. I'll definitely call them first next time.

The person answering the phone was very polite and helpful, and it was very easy to set up my appointment and get my questions answered. John was the locksmith that arrived, and he was polite, knowledgable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. Seriously, this was absolutely a five-star experience. I'm really glad that these are the folks i called.

The locksmith I regularly hired went MIA and I had an emergency where I needed someone to fix the faulty keypad. The building manager suggested that I call Village Locksmith Store. I’ve heard about them but had never called them over. So, when Jones from Village Locksmith Store got there within twenty minutes, I was surprised. The locksmith I was associated with earlier took a minimum of an hour to make an onsite visit. And once Jones got down to work, there was no doubt about it- he was a pro! Within minutes, he’d narrowed down the problem to a short in the circuitry and managed to fix the issue. The prices are the best you can get and with level of service you get, I think it’s an amazing bargain! I strongly encourage that you opt for Village Locksmith Store! 5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Village Locksmith Store reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in Stratford, CT within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 203-433-3673 and calling him up again.
