There was an issue with the lock, so I called City Locksmith Store. The dispatcher was very friendly and he even gave me an accurate estimation of their arrival time. Sure enough, I found Johnson at my doorstep within 20 minutes. The lock needed a tune-up. On top of it, I also thought of getting the door frame fixed, which I did. The bill handed out seemed very reasonable for the great service offered. I’ve dealt with multiple locksmiths in Fort Collins , but no one has managed to amaze me with such incredible service. Mike was very pleasant, on time, and got the job done in about 15 minutes! i couldn't recomend these guys enough!!! I moved in to a walkup from a doorman elevator buildling, and i needed the cylinder of my top lock changed, i opted for the high security lock (I wasn't pressure at all to spend the extra money on one of these) and i'm happy i did! Mike did a great job and even gave us a discount on it! hopefully i wont ever get locked out, but if i do, or need anything from a locksmith, i'll be sure to call City Locksmith Store !

Good service! A ten on ten for sure! Made an appointment with the team at City Locksmith Store for 8’ O clock! I was surprised to find that the technicians had arrived five minutes early and got the job done in another thirty minutes. Hats off to their commitment. Will I hire them again?
