I wanted to let everyone know just how pleased I am with my new windows! I had my windows replaced 10 years ago by another large window company and they just didn't hold up. I had broken seals, windows that I couldn't lock and some I couldn't even open! My new windows have made my condo so much warmer this winter. In mid 2015 I had a new 9' doorwall installed into my home by Pure Energy Window Company. I am so impressed with how much warmer my living room is now. Before the doorwall was installed I could't even stand to me in the living without bundling up but now it is actually warm my living room. We recently purchased a condo and the windows were over 20 years old. we new we would need to put in new windows and when Adam from Pure Energy showed up for their presentation we were impressed enough with his attitude and knowledge of the product that we decided to purchase the windows a year ahead of schedule. the installation went very smoothly and was completed in about 5 hours for 5 windows and a sliding glass door. we have had them in just over a month and the difference in how comfortable our home is now compared to before the installation is very noticeable. they look wonderful and are very easy to open and close. while they are slightly more expensive than other windows out there, they are worth the money. the noise reduction as well as the better insulation on the windows makes our home much more comfortable and easier to regulate the temperature both in the basement and the ground floor. They came with a sample vinyl window and told us all about how good they were compared to our existing windows. They explain things to us about triple pane insulated low E - Argon filled glass. The vinyl frames are the heaviest I have ever seen in a vinyl window. They come with a 50 year warranty that is transferable. We purchase them that day knowing we made the right choice. They came and installed the new vinyl windows. The window installers were very polite, very professional, they insulated around the windows, kept the work areas very neat, did a great job in putting the trim back and took the old windows with them so we did not have to dispose of the them. We have gone through a summer and a winter since the windows were put it. It has made a huge difference in the winter in keeping the cold air outside and keeping us warm inside. We had no frost on the windows. In the summer, we can now use our sunroom as these windows keep the sunrays from heating up that room. The low E - Argon filled glass in these windows did the job they are suppose to do. We waited to write a review because we wanted to go through the hot summer months and the cold winter months to really see if they would do what the company says they are to do. They did and we feel they are the best vinyl windows. We are saving on our energy bills. Because of their Energy Star rating, we filled out a form with Consumers Energy and qualified for an energy rebate. Satisfied Customer

I had new windows installed by Pure Energy in my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms back in 2015. The windows came in on schedule and they quickly called me to install them. The men who installed the windows were very friendly and they even vacuumed the carpet when they were done! They cleaned up all the scraps outside too. I am so pleased with how the job went. I also might mention that the owner Adrian Beaver took time to really explain everything about the windows and make me comfortable. He was nice and very thorough.
