Central Locksmith Store was great! I was available at home an hour earlier than my appointment and called to check if they could come. They heeded my request and sent a technician within 15 minutes. And the best part was that there was no call out charge. Very professional and quick, if you want a no-nonsense service that you can depend on, they’re the best you can get in Dresher. I locked my car key in my trunk last night and since I don't have a spare, I needed a locksmith to help me out. First thing in the morning, I called Central Locksmith Store and the woman on the phone told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until the guy would show up. He was at my apartment building within 40 minutes. Paul is the guy who came out and helped me and he was very polite. He is also the owner. We went down to my car and it took him about 30 seconds to open my car door so I could pop the trunk and get my key. He even unloaded all the things in my trunk for me and found the key using his flashlight. The total charge was only $89 even. What a steal! Hopefully this never happens to me again but if it does, I'll definitely call Central Locksmith Store ! :) :) :)

Our car key broke off in the ignition this morning. I saw that Central Locksmith Store had gotten great reviews online & gave them a call. The assistant took my info & said that Paul would call right back which he did 2 minutes later. He said he'd be at my location in approx 25 to 30 mins. He was there in 25 mins (which was great because the temp was starting to drop & all I had on was a light coat). Henrry went right to work and was successful in removing the broken part of the key from my car's ignition. He was very polite & professional and I would highly recommend him to everyone!

Mr. David, the Owner, RESCUED us after a harrowing experience of not being able to enter our home due to a malfunctioned bottom-lock. Mr. David not only fixed the lock but he also STRENGTHENED the associated strike-plate and dead-bolt. I called to set up an appointment for tomorrow to fix door cylinder with Central Locksmith Store I was told my call would be returned so I could get an estimate and set up appt. time. My call was returned by Bob within 5 minutes. I sent him 3 pictures to determine the problem. Paul told me that he could tell me how to fix the problem myself and there was no need for them to come out..so in 3 minutes my lock was fixed over the phone. How fantastic is that...

Mike was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He walked us through how to repair our lock over the phone. If we ever need any further services we are definitely returning to Central Locksmith Store.

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call Central Locksmith Store first, in future endeavors!

Dave is professional, responsible, trustworthy, and just an excellent provider. He gives you the straight scoop, doesn't try to up-sell you and is just as accommodating and pleasant as can be. I've used Central Locksmith Store twice and will again every time i need a locksmith.

I contacted Central Locksmith Store about some trouble with a sticky lock. I received a prompt response with advice on how to fix the problem on my own, as well as pricing for if I was unable to. Extremely professional, especially given that they could have just charged me. I'll definitely be using these guys the next time I have an issue!
