So, I just called up All Day Locksmith Service last week for my office’s periodic security overhaul. The guys from the local shop in Bellevue, WA I used to call all this time were unavailable. I called them up on 425-201-8355 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked All Day Locksmith Service to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from All Day Locksmith Service!!! Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! So, after an ugly fallout with my fiancé, who’s now my ex, I knew I had to change the locks. I couldn’t trust my ex to be civil after all that had transpired between us. I spoke to Andrew from All Day Locksmith Service and he was just so understanding.. He got there quickly and after taking a look at the locks he told me that the locks still had life in them and could last a few more years. Rekeying was a better option instead of throwing away the locks. And after I’d given him the go (Why would I even say no? It was gonna cost me a lot less), he got the locks rekeyed in a few minutes.
