I found City Locksmith Store via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Jacob is super-friendly and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). It was well past midnight, I’d just returned from a party and was fumbling for my keys, but couldn’t find them anywhere. I didn’t have a spare, nor was I willing to break down my door. I decided to stay over at a neighbor’s when my friend suggested that I call City Locksmith Store instead. After reading all the 5 star reviews online I figured I would give these guys a call but I was STILL skeptical because the company seemed too good to be true. Well... yelpers had it right all along. Gorge called me the morning after I wrote in on the website late the night before. Since my problem wasn't dire (I just had crappy locks) he arranged to come the next day and he was super professional, super personable and very straightforward. He looked at the locks, listened to the problems I was having, suggested a solution with the prices I already knew from the website and in 20 minutes I had an awesome new lock and doorknob installed by someone I felt cared about doing a good job. Gorge even told my boyfriend what kind of maintenance could be needed in the future to make sure the doorknob continues to work properly. I wish all repairs could be this easy and not sketchy. They sent someone out to me within 3 hours (I think his name was Mike - nice, professional guy). I needed to rekey some door locks and it was done quickly and for a fair price. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from City Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Turns out, I’ve been living under a false sense of security all these years. The consultation came in free and I was charged nominally for the upgrades and repairs.
