The employees had doubled in number over the last year, and I felt that the security lacked in several aspects. I must say, I’m truly amazed by the skill and professionalism shown by these guys. Gary was thorough with his job and clearly explained what needed improvement and why. I gave him the go-ahead. Within two hours, Gary and his team had managed to replace five locks, installed a new keyless entry system, carried out repairs on the doors and also installed locks on the file cabinets. It wasn’t a question of what they do, but how fast they do it! I needed someone to fix the old locks in my office and called a techie from the local shop down the road! He spent 2 hours trying to fix the lock, disrupting my business’ activity. It would have paid off if he’d actually managed to fix the lock, but he didn’t! An utter waste of my time and money.. that’s when I decided to call Super Locksmith Service! I recall having read a couple of positive reviews on the web about these guys and figured they could help me out! And sure enough, I’d made the right choice! It took the technician from Super Locksmith Service barely ten minutes to fix the lock! WOW! It was probably the expertise they had, that was behind the super quick fix.. Anyway, one thing was for sure! I was never gonna call any other locksmith in Bridgeport, CT except for Super Locksmith Service. Definitely, the best there is!

A receptionist answered the phone and promised a call back from the locksmith within a few minutes. Sure enough, 2 minutes later Paul was calling me and after explaining the issue, he suggested I save myself some money and just spray with wd40 and to call him back if that didn't work, he could have someone out by the end of the day. I'm completely embarrassed I didn't think of that myself, but I tried it and it worked like a charm. So, I have no in -person experience with them, but the honesty and promptness was greatly appreciated. This will be my go-to locksmith the next time I have a legitimate issue ;)
