I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Expert Locksmith Shop. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Expert Locksmith Shop I talked to a person in Arlington, VA right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Expert Locksmith Shop has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

After getting stuck in my entryway and having to have the fire department break me out, bending the deadbolt of the gate (all before 8 am yikes!), I called Expert Locksmith Shop to see if I could get someone to come and help me out. Kathy was more than understanding and courteous on the phone and was able to fit me onto the schedule for that day. John the technician arrived right on time and had my lock fixed and the doors open in under 20 mins. For such excellent service the price was reasonable. I would recommend this locksmith shop to anyone. Their fast, efficient, and courteous service was all I could ask for.

First, I live in the Arlington, VA and expect strange and sometimes bad things to happen. Well my house was broken into (while I was asleep) and my stuff (as well as my Jeep!) were stolen. I called Expert Locksmith Shop and Cathy (I think was here name) was VERY helpful and accomodating and was able to juggle other appointments so someone could come out to my house right away. Steve showed up and was wonderful! He promptly fixed the lock and made me 4 keys. He was also very nice and helped me close the basement window that was kicked in. He made a few recommendations regarding my window (how they got into the house) and after I clear with the landlord, I will call Expert Locksmith Shop to come out again to do the work. And the price was very, very reasonable! I highly recommend these folks!!

John did great work and was very pleasant and courteous. And I thought the final price was definitely reasonable. As with all service providers, I hope to never have a problem requiring them to come around again, but I would most certainly call Expert Locksmith Shop should the need arise. I called Expert Locksmith Shop and was able to make an appointment for the next day. He took down my information and we made an appointment for an hour window. He showed up as scheduled and was able to re-key my home in under 20 minutes! 3 Locks total - keyed alike; he even gave extra spare keys! Robert is super professional and the price is just right. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++
