I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to Lock & Key Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at Lock & Key Store I talked to a person in Parker, CO right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. Lock & Key Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.

Jerry of Lock & Key Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! This is such a courteous and professional operation that has some of the best prices my hubby and I have seen in the city when it comes to emergency situations. We were lucky and had Gorge come to our rescue. What a sweet, courteous and considerate individual.
