Fantastic service and served with a smile! I accidentally locked myself out of my home and I wished more than ever, that none of my neighbors spot me. Thankfully, Interstate Locksmith Shop made it all so easy on me. Eric got there within 15 minutes and it took him barely 3 minutes to unlock the door. Amazing service – and no one ever came to know that I made the stupid mistake of locking myself out in the middle of the night. Highly recommend them to everyone in Wanaque, NJ…. Interstate Locksmith Shop was great! I called him in the morning and he was able to come to our location the same day to help us. We have had a broken door knob for months and a terrible Super that keeps "fixing" it. After my fifth time that the doorknob fell out, I decided to contact Danny after all his great reviews online. And he lived up to them all! Upon calling him, he asked me to send him a picture of the doorknob, explaining that many of the doorknobs in Wanaque, NJ are old and he may not have the right parts for them (very true). Hired Interstate Locksmith Shop last weekend and I’m floored by their service and professionalism. Called Interstate Locksmith Shop to have my deadbolt changed. 15 minutes later, Mike, a friendly, honest, and helpful guy arrived at my door. Mike explained that my door wasn't in great shape, and actually convinced me to buy a cheaper lock than the one I originally requested. 5 minutes later, the new lock was installed. If you've ever dealt with other locksmiths, you may have felt pressured to buy something you didn't need. That won't happen with these guys. They're honest, and the feeling that you weren't put through the wringer is priceless. They even gave me a New Years gift basket. Seriously? A+++

Boy am I glad my fiance found Interstate Locksmith Shop online. We just moved to Wanaque, NJ and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Wanaque, NJ to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides. It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it).
