I had experienced a problem with a delivery and removal of a sam's club mattress. I later learned that this company was the business contracted to do the service. Anyway, after talking to Lynn (customer service) and expressing my displeasure about what I expected from Sam's Club, I was called by Wes (owner/president). After talking with him and discussing the situation, I was very relieved to be told that he would send someone out to my house the next day to take care of the problem. Even though there was a misrepresentation and misinformation provided by Sam's Club, Wes made sure that I was not dissatisfied with their service. He truly made good on his word to remedy my situation and provide me with superior customer service. Thank you for extending your generous aloha spirit.
