So I recently took over managing business affairs for a Local dental office. FIRST thing was to address the lack of air conditioning. In May of 2022 this company charged the elderly dentist over 500 to FIX the AC unit.. she called within a week saying it wasn't working sadi he would come back by but he never came back. I called, he said that the FRONT room has lots of flow and the back office didn't probably because the ducting was bad and should be replaced. I asked, DID YOU go into the ceiling and inspect them. His answer was NO, SO HOW do you recommend to replace stuff if you don't know if it's bad or not. Kept saying the AC unit needs replaced... and then the ducting so again I asked, did you inspect the ducting to see if it was disconnected. Again he said NO that's done when it's replaced. Then he hung up on me. I called back and again asked what was DONE to facilitate a repair on the AC unit, he said it was on the invoice and can come over and bring a ladder and show me what he did, i said thats not necessary OR appropriate, i just needed the work to be itemized for the money paid. Then he said that was 9 months ago and now you're calling, i said No. It was 3 months ago. And YOU didn't respond to her first complaint the week after YOU FIXED IT the first time, and he said, i was busy. So I had a Professional company. That's not using a Tow yard phone number, to inspect the unit. All the ducting is NEW sealed and in great flexible shape. The AC units condensor, is bad and the motor for the fan is only spinning it at one third of the rpm required to circulated the needed volume of air for this unit... Trying to get businesses to spend 1000s of dollars without proper diagnosis or inspection is not only not professional, but it is scamming others out of money and borders on fraud... will refer this to the DAs office and the BBB..
