Jefrry was incredible. I've never come across such a kind-hearted stranger before... As luck would have it, I got locked out of my apartment the day I moved in, which happened to coincide with the weekend that Jeffry went out of town AND his back-ups called in sick, so there was no one from Lock & Locksmith Tech to help me out. I could sense that Jeffry was truly sorry that this was happening, and then referred me to another company and told me exactly what to say. When it turned out they were closed, he told me to let him know when I found someone, and again when I was in my apartment. The guy that did end up showing up at my house immediately wanted to drill, but thanks to Jefrry I knew what to say to avoid that and another $350+ out of my pocket. When I called to let him know that I was in my apartment and told him what happened, I heard his girlfriend in the background exclaim her happiness over that - that's how nice they are! I recently contacted Lock & Locksmith Tech about replacing some locks in my office. After setting a time of 3pm, Max contacted me by text message to let me know he was nearby and was available to meet a little earlier. I can't recommend this Lock & Locksmith Tech enough. Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. He's one of the few businesses I recommend without hesitation and sometimes without even prompting to anyone I know who's just moved into a new place or is having any kind of lock issue. He's done two units and the main doors in my building so far, and is the go-to guy for me with any lock / door / security issues.

AMAZING! Like everyone else online, Edwardo came to the rescue and and I thought he was exceptional. I locked myself out of an office at work. When I called him for a quote, he asked that I take a picture of the lock and door and text it to him so he could assess the situation and call me back. WOW. A locksmith who receives texts? I was impressed with just that! He called me back within minutes. Even though it was a hardcore MultiTLock, he said he'd tried to do it for the minimal cost of $59 and try to do as little damage to the lock and the door as possible so that I could not incur more costs. He suggest that we just start there.WOW again. It was not an emergency situation and Edwardo said someone would be by in a couple of hours. I didn't even notice the time and HE CALLED to follow up with me and apologized for the delay. Third WOW. He came and resolved in the problem in less than 2 minutes! No new lock needed and no damage to the door. He even took credit cards and charged it right away and emailed me the receipt within minutes. These Lock & Locksmith Tech really are the best. Online not lying. Came exactly on time, cut off my Kryptonite bike lock pretty quickly once we found a power source for the electric drill/saw. Cleaned up everything and even offered to give my neighbor a coupon for services after she let us use her electric outlet mine was too far from the bike. SO NICE & GENUINE. Would not hesitate to come back to them. Really very impressed. They'll even take a credit card by swiping it on their phone :):):)

So, I have a habit of losing things. I'm on my 4th cell phone in the last 6 months. Recently, I had to call Lock & Locksmith Tech to return to my apt and repair a lock that I had stripped at 4am after losing my keys. Not only did he offer me a "repeat customer discount" of about 15%, but he also offerred to write the receipt to include the first repair of our dead bolt which our landlord had ridiculously refused to reimburse despite multiple emails and phone calls detailing the security concerns. Anyway, Lock & Locksmith Tech is incredible and I rarely give out 5 stars on this site, but he totally deserves it.
