I’d just moved into the apartment and needed my locks changed. I called Metro Locksmith Services for the job. While the technician got there on time, the locks couldn’t be installed. Turns out, I needed permission from the building owner, before I could change the locks. David was understanding, and agreed to come at a later point of time when I had all the formalities sorted out. He didn’t even charge me for the visit. Two days later I called them again and got the new locks fitted without a hitch. Have made them my go-to locksmith in Clark , NJ 07066 and I bet you should too! Ten on Ten!

We were leaving on a vacation for about a month. I’ve heard all about criminals targeting temporarily abandoned houses, like ours would be for that one month. We had jewelry and cash stashed up in the house and didn’t want to incur a heavy loss. That’s when I called Metro Locksmith Services on 732-204-7491 to ask for recommendations. The dispatcher listened intently, suggested that I get a strong safe installed and told me that he’ll send someone over at a convenient time. I fixed an appointment that very day. I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Clark and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Metro Locksmith Services. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

I called Metro Locksmith Services based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock.

They are, courteous, professional and honest (yes, I said HONEST) and did't take advantage of someone because they were in a vulnerable position. I recently had a locksmith after we evicted a tenant and they took full advantage of us. Wish I would have known about this place at that time. Thanks Metro Locksmith Services !
