Right from the rep who answered my call to the guy, David, who came over to get copy keys made, these guys were complete professionals. He came with a full set of tools and had a wide range of key blanks loaded up in his van. It only took him fifteen minutes to get the job done… Great service, flat rates, skilled team! Locksmith Master Store was awesome. I called to get a lock rekeyed and they were able to get to my office and do the job within 2 hours....even in the snow! They were very professional and everything was explained and double checked to make sure it was done the right way.

Turning my key upon returning home, the cylinder surrounding the key popped out. Pins went flying everywhere. My jaw dropped--locks aren't supposed to just break! But within five minutes, I'd regained my composure well enough to do a quick search online.
