Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Brooklyn, NY that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call.
Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip.
Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!

Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Brooklyn, NY that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call.
Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip.

I got locked out and called Expert Locksmith Shop tonight. Took them a bit longer to arrive than expected, but they more than made up for it with some of the best customer service I've ever had in Brooklyn, NY. Guys were very friendly on the phone and in person.
Scott did battle with an incredibly stubborn lock that would not give, and even made things harder for himself by not drilling out the protective plate. He could have easily have just insisted on drilling it out to make things simpler, but he worked around it. Then he took just as much time to make sure the new lock worked perfectly, even breaking out a small metal file to trim off a bit on the strike plate at one point.
Through all the frustrations he was upbeat and friendly. I would have been throwing things and cussing up a storm.
Definitely give these guys a try. I can't imagine you'll be disappointed.

He completely lived up to his positive reputation, and I will recommend him to everyone I know, and keep his number in my cell phone in case I'm ever locked out at 4am.
Mike was available to come to Brooklyn, NY within hours of my call, and promptly e-mailed me a Paypal invoice for the price of the deadbolt as advertised on his website. He arrived at the scheduled time, and had the deadbolt installed within minutes.

This place is hands down the best locksmith in Brooklyn, NY ! When the front door lock to my business totally broke, my business partner immediately said, "We're not going to use those people who leave a million business cards in our door all the time." Those people are super annoying and don't deserve our business! So we went to Online and found Expert Locksmith Shop with all of their good reviews, submitted our inquiry through the website and got a call shortly after. We scheduled an appointment for the next day, and Edwardo came by to check things out. He was very honest and very helpful, and while we expected it would be hundreds of dollars (to revamp our entire lock and door system) it was only $175. We were thrilled! Then Scott came by the next day to finish everything up, he was very respectful of customers who were going in and out, and really worked fast. We are so happy with our new lock - we'd recommend them to any business! (Or residence, or whatever lock you need fixed.) They're the best in Brooklyn, NY !
