Boy am I glad my fiance found Baldwin Locksmith Store online. We just moved to Kansas City , MO and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out. Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Kansas City , MO to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock.
