He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. There was a minor issue with the lock and I called Estate Locksmith Store on 305-894-5985. The technician, who answered the call, fixed my issue over the phone. Eric was so knowledgeable that he didn’t even need to take a look at the lock to identify the problem. I tried to pay Eric but he flatly refused stating that it was a ‘super easy fix’. This Locksmith Company was fantastic. Very reasonably priced, very quick and professional and, as an extra, I got my door realigned (I never even knew it was not properly aligned, but I realized it was better afterwards) and I got some safety tips. Definitely the go-to guy for locksmith services in the area.

You know a business is done right when they give a reasonable time frame and actually arrive earlier than expected. Great service, very knowledgeable, positive attitude, and best of...........they came when it close to closing time on a weekday. Who would of thought Dave and his sidekick Scott (hope I got his name right) came the night I called them and the next day to replace the counterfeit lock with a great sturdy heavy duty lock he recommended!!!!!!!! It's been almost 3 months and no issues. Why cut yourself short when you can get things done right and get better quality products and service (worth it). I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Estate Locksmith Store. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3). When he arrived he showed me my options, and after we decided, he had the deadbolt installed in less than 20 minutes. He then swept the floor and charged me electronically. Overall, he was in and out in less than 30 minutes and now I feel a lot safer in the apt!Great Locksmith Company.
