I called Village Locksmith Store and was able to make an appointment for the next day. He took down my information and we made an appointment for an hour window. He showed up as scheduled and was able to re-key my home in under 20 minutes! 3 Locks total - keyed alike; he even gave extra spare keys! Robert is super professional and the price is just right. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock.
