Welcome to Ward Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning! We are licensed, dependable and have been servicing the Springfield area since 1983.d Welcome to Ward Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning! We are licensed, dependable and have been servicing the Springfield area since 1983. Our specialties are Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and Sewer Service. We can also assist you with determining if your house is applicable for the Overhead Sewer Program offered by the City of Springfield. In order to minimize the likelihood of basement backups the City of Springfield has implemented an Overhead Sewer Program to assist city residents with the cost of plumbing modifications to their homes. This program applies to buildings constructed prior to May 1, 1975. If you have a gravity service sewer from your basement to the city’s sewer and have experienced a backup of water in your basement through a floor drain or other fixtures as a result of capacity issues in the city sewer main, this Overhead Sewer Program may be able to help protect your residence from damage. Ward Plumbing and Heating can assist you with getting your house approved for this program.
