Blazingly fast service! I was in desperate need of spare keys having lost my key bunch in transit. Jerry of General Locksmith Store came by to fix our main door lock. We were cringing, expecting the word that we were going to have to replace the lock with a new one at $1,500! Jerry made adjustments, oiled the mechanism, and it seems as good as new. And the price was pretty reasonable! Good going, General Locksmith Store ! You're on our list of go-to people.

A hectic day at work later, I found myself confronting a stubborn lock that refused to unlock. The years of persistent usage had finally started to show. I've feel like I've been doling out a lot of 5 star reviews lately, but I guess I've just been lucky (or I screen everything I do online first). I can't resist giving some love to General Locksmith Store. I called in the afternoon, and unlike other places where you have to go through several phone calls, call centers, call backs, etc., at General Locksmith Store I talked to a person in Glendale , CA right off the bat, she gave me a straightforward price, and scheduled an arrival time that day. John arrived exactly on time (even a bit before I managed to get home from work). He was fast, professional and friendly, which helps when you've managed to lose your keys and you feel pretty stupid. General Locksmith Store has 24/7 service, and while I hope I won't need their services again, next time I get myself in a stupid situation, I'll know who to call.
