I had enquired with other locksmiths in Beaverton for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Advantage Locksmith Store, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

just had the cylinder changed on my apartment door lock because my former super was recently arrested for using duplicate keys to break into apartments. Creepy, right? Shon was right on time for our appointment, worked quickly, did the whole thing for exactly what he quoted me, and it turns out he got his dog from the same rescue place where I got my cat! I guess that last part doesn't really reflect on his locksmithing skills, but he was super-nice. If I ever need a locksmith again, no question about who I'll call.

Edwardo was fantastic. He was courteous, skilled and professional. He confirmed our appointment ahead of time, arrived on time, did the job quickly and well. We especially liked that he emailed us a receipt immediately. Edwardo also gave us valuable advice on fixing our old broken doorknob (which wasn't included in the job). He quoted us a fair price and stuck to it. He even offered to clean up some loose paint before he left, unheard of in this city! Another 5 star review for these guys... locked ourselves out of a friend's apartment in Beaverton, OR that we were staying at. Luckily with Online on my smartphone I was able to see what consistently good service these guys provide and gave them a call. Dave came along within an hour (only reason it took a while was due to the bad weather), and had us inside within 5 mins. The locks on the door seemed quite stubborn but Dave seemed quite the expert! Only sorry that I didn't have more cash on hand to give him a better tip. Polite, responsive, and professional. Thanks guys!
