I had enquired with other locksmiths in Rowlett for rekeying service but they weren’t familiar with the lock I had. When I sent pictures of the lock to Lock & Locksmith Tech, they instantly knew what make it was and told me they had the parts needed for the job. Kobe was super quick, efficient, and the service was excellent! Charges were reasonable and seemed lower than most. Highly recommend!

When my lock stopped operating one fine day, I wasn’t too keen on calling a locksmith. I’ve heard how pricey they could be and decided to install a new lock myself. I purchased a cheap lock based on the suggestion of the guy at the nearby hardware shop, took out my toolkit and got down to work! An hour later, I’d somehow, successfully managed to break a brand new lock into pieces!!! That was the stretching point! I gave in and looked online for help. The technician who came over took one look at the lock and identified that I’d bought it at a hardware shop. Was it that obvious? Anyway, he suggested that I replace the lock with a new deadbolt. I was all out of cash and didn’t think I could afford another replacement, but he quoted an incredible price that I simply couldn’t say no to! Amazingly low prices and well-informed technicians! I’m always gonna ring up Lock & Locksmith Tech for any security advice and locksmith service!

I think the guy I had was Dave from Lock & Locksmith Tech he was great! Very quick and very professional. He was also very flexible with timing when I kept changing my schedule around. I had him install a chain lock for me and I already had the lock he just had to drill it in. Good price as well, so many other companies tried to rip me off for this simple job. Definitely will use again!!!

Jay is honest and affordable about his pricing, prompt to appointments, intelligent, fun to chat with while he works, and you can just tell is a sincere, nice, really good guy. Moving into a new apartment always seems to be such a feat, but Lock & Locksmith Tech made it more than simple. Tech arrived ahead of schedule and with everything I needed. He told me what I needed and the best locks and price for the job. I am a naive girl and he didn't over charge me when he totally could have. Wanted a master key system for my home and called these guys from Lock & Locksmith Tech! After a quick round of questions, Mark from Lock & Locksmith Tech told me that I shouldn’t opt for one. I had a tendency of losing keys which is why I wanted it in the first place. But Mark figured that I’d be putting my home’s security at risk if I end up losing the master key. I was only giving him business, and he could have easily gone ahead with the request, but he didn’t! I’m stunned beyond words! We all need an honest locksmith like Mark in our lives. Btw, as a solution to my problems, Mark did suggest I get a number-pad lock. This way I wouldn’t lose the keys, as the key would instead be etched in my memory. After a quick online search, I chose Lock & Locksmith Tech! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark!
