There are several reasons why I hesitate before hiring locksmiths, with the primary one being – the prices! Oh my god, these guys are great. I've lived in Akron, OH for 11 years and have had some horrendous experiences with locksmiths. These guys are totally professional and truly good people. It's a flat rate, Yader showed up perfectly on time and changing the lock took him 2 seconds. I'd highly highly recommend this service. If anything, it'll give you a little more faith in the world.

Don't pay any attention to any of these reviews. They are all glowing, and none of them quite captures just how amazing the service was from this locksmith. Ben is the f'ing man. I live in Akron, OH , he drove to me within 30 minutes of calling at 11pm on a Wednesday night. It took him 7 minutes flat to get my bathroom door open that I stupidly locked myself out of. I called Safe & Key Store yesterday based on the glowing reviews I read on this site. The service and care were exemplary. I called them and in a matter of hours they had installed security locks on both of my steel fire doors at a good price. I don't normally write reviews, yet I feel compelled to write this - they are that good.

I never really cared much for quality- and I soon realized how dearly it might cost me. I got a spare key made at a local hardware shop and handed it to the babysitter. A few days later, she called up saying that the keys I’d handed out to her had snapped in the lock and she couldn’t get into the home. My son was alone at home and without further ado, I rushed home. She had tried getting the broken pieces out herself but had only managed to push them in further. I found this place online and boy is there a reason for all those 5 star reviews. From the second I was on the phone with Tommy I had nothing but a great experience. Tommy was supremely friendly and answered all my questions with nothing but the utmost patience. Best part? He was able to come to my apartment the same day and only gave me an hour's timeframe (unlike every other company in Akron, OH that tells you you have to wait around all day only to never show up). Tommy arrived at the top of that hour's timeframe and did the job in less than 10 minutes, even offering to sweep up after the job was done. Recently moved into new digs and needed my locks changed. Was hard not to go with these guys given the rave reviews. I called Safe & Key Store , Gorge picked up, went over my options high security lock for $149 and cylinder change for $79. Seemed reasonable so made an appointment for the next morning. Guy showed up and he handed me his card when he arrived to verify who he was with. Changed my locks within a half hour and was very friendly and answered all my questions. With the extra set of keys and paying in cash, came out to about $250. Felt the service was good, and more importantly, it was friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend to others! I called Safe & Key Store based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. I wasn't in a hurry, so we fixed an appointment, and on the day we had said, he came on time, was very nice, changed one of the locks for a good price and was just very professional and nice. I will definitely call him again if I have any problem or if I need a new lock, Safe & Key Store is the company to use.

Ok, here’s my honest opinion of Advantage Locksmith Store .. Despite reading several positive comments, I wasn’t entirely convinced. One fine day, after an accidental collision damaged my garage door, I needed someone to come over and fix it right away. Jones from the local shop I regularly call was away on vacation. That’s when I decided to give Advantage Locksmith Store a call! I decided to go grab a drink not anticipating their arrival for an hour at least. I got back after half an hour and to my surprise, I found a locksmith already waiting at my doorstep. After I’d apologized for not being available, I showed him the damaged door. After a careful assessment of the damage, he told me that a portion of the door needed to be replaced and gave me a price right there. That was my next surprise! The pricing seemed reasonable and way less than what Jones would have otherwise charged me! He got the job done within the hour and I couldn’t be happier! It’s always gonna be Advantage Locksmith Store from now. I’m just adding on to the other positive reviews here! Advantage Locksmith Store is truly the BEST in Cherry Hill, NJ!!
